Lake Map from an Authorized Navionics Dealer at MSRP of
$149 or greater from October 1, 2009 to December 31,
2009 and receive a $50 cash back rebate from Navionics.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR
REBATE:
1. Purchase any new ‘09 HotMaps Premium Chart from
an Authorized Navionics Dealer for $149.00 or greater
from Oct. 1, 2009 to Dec. 31, 2009.
2. Complete this form, be sure to sign in the space
provided.
3. Mail your completed rebate form together with your
DATED ITEMIZED SALES RECEIPT, and the UPC LABEL from the
packaging affixed in the box at right.
4. Envelope must be postmarked no later than Jan. 15,
2010.

GENERAL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS Navionics 2009 HotMaps Premium Rebate
applies to the purchase of any new ’09
HotMaps Premium Chart sold at full list price of $149.00
or greater. Discounted chart purchases, including store
specials, rewards,
credits, etc. will not be accepted. All other Navionics
Chart products are ineligible for rebate. Charts must be
purchased from an
Authorized Navionics Dealer. Rebate is available to
residents of US and Canada (void where prohibited by
law). Offer is only valid
for purchases made between 10/1/09 and 12/31/09. Claims
postmarked later than 1/15/10 will be refused. Rebate
cannot be
combined with the Navionics Trade-in program or any
other promotion or offer from Navionics. Only one claim
may be submitted for each ‘09 HotMaps Premium Chart
purchased. Offer is available to retail customers only.
Offer is not available to Navionics Dealers,
Navionics Re-sellers or their employees. Employee
receipt will not be accepted. Rebate form must be
completed in its entirety and
mailed together with the DATED ITEMIZED SALES RECEIPT
and the UPC LABEL from the HotMaps packaging.
Photocopies,
computer printouts or handwritten receipts will not be
accepted. Navionics is not responsible for incomplete or
lost claims and will
not provide notification for refused claims. Fraudulent
claims will be refused without notification and
reported. Rebate is issued in
US dollars. Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of your
form (exclusive of holidays, weekends or business
closings) for the
processing of your claim.
