HotMaps® Premium High-Definition Paper Maps Lauded by Map Making Industry

Wareham, Mass. and Miami Beach, FL – Navionics, the leader in electronic charting, has again been recognized for its outstanding achievements in mapmaking, this time by a consortium of international cartography leaders. Navionics’ paper map entry into the sport and recreational fishing market was nominated for a cartography award at the 2007 ESRI (Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc.) International User Conference. Joined in competition by 1400 other nominated organizations, Navionics went on to take a Data Integration Award for its new paper maps for the serious fisherman.

This award marks the second occasion that HotMaps® Premium High-Definition Paper Maps have been recognized for excellence by the map making industry.
