ONCE PACKAGE IS OPENED, PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED TO STORE.
New, unopened chart products purchased on Navionics.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchased a chart product on Navionics.com using your Navionics account, please follow the refund request procedure through your order confirmation:
1. Log into your Navionics account on our website
2. Go to 'My Orders'
3. Select the order you wish to return
4. Click on the option to request a refund
If you purchased a chart product on Navionics.com as a Guest (meaning you have ordered without using a Navionics account) please contact our Customer Service Department directly with your order number and a copy of your receipt. Customer Service can be reached at help@navionics.com.
Provided the required criteria are met, you will be issued a Return Authorization with instructions for sending the product back to our facility.
If you purchased a chart from a dealer or any source other than Navionics.com, please contact your dealer for return information.
