Navionics.com Return Policy (Americas)

ONCE PACKAGE IS OPENED, PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED TO STORE.

New, unopened chart products purchased on Navionics.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

If you purchased a chart product on Navionics.com using your Navionics account, please follow the refund request procedure through your order confirmation:

1. Log into your Navionics account on our website
2. Go to 'My Orders'
3. Select the order you wish to return
4. Click on the option to request a refund

If you purchased a chart product on Navionics.com as a Guest (meaning you have ordered without using a Navionics account) please contact our Customer Service Department directly with your order number and a copy of your receipt. Customer Service can be reached at help@navionics.com

Provided the required criteria are met, you will be issued a Return Authorization with instructions for sending the product back to our facility.

If you purchased a chart from a dealer or any source other than Navionics.com, please contact your dealer for return information.
If you believe a memory card purchased on Navionics.com or any other source has an out-of-box defect, please see our Memory Card Limited Warranty and contact our Customer Service Department directly. Customer Service can be reached at help@navionics.com.
