From May 30–June 1, 2019, Predator Tour will take place in Holland. The competition is the largest fishing contest in Europe and happens on the three lakes — Hollandsdiep, Haringvliet and Amer. There will be 120 boats on the water with more than 240 fisherman from 14 different nations. Anglers will be casting for perch, zander and pike, and receive one point for each centimetre in length of their catches.

As an event partner, Navionics will be gifting a Navionics+ chart to the winners each day. The winner with the overall biggest fish also will receive the prize and a trophy. All participants will get a Navionics branded cap.
Navionics charts are also loaded on the Predator Tour app, which participants can study before the competition to locate the best fishing spots, then consult with it while on the water. Our high-definition bathymetry layer, SonarChart™, helps anglers understand the lakes floor and any changes in depth that might hide fish holding structures.
The Predator Tour is a great occasion for Navionics to present our newly launched Platinum feature: SonarChart Shading, which anglers will really appreciate. SonarChart Shading, created from the high-definition contour data within SonarChart, presents a detailed rendering of the seafloor and lake bottoms in varying shades of blue. Our international sales manager, Jacco Willemsen, will introduce the feature on May 29 at the presentation to all participants at 19:30 in the restaurant.
